Founded in 2024, Young Women 4 Women (YW4W) began with a simple belief: that all women deserve to be provided with the support and essential resources needed to succeed.

 

The idea for YW4W came from seeing firsthand the basic needs women in our community were lacking—from necessary supplies to access to reliable mentors. That realization inspired our founders, Claire and Anna, to take action and create a solution focused on direct support and empowerment.

Since then, YW4W has grown into an organization where young leaders directly connect with and serve women. Our core purpose is clear: "Building empathy and leadership in girls through service to women in need." By offering essential resources, mentorship, and a strong community, we don't just empower the women we serve; we also build powerful leadership and compassion in the next generation. We are committed to equality and creating safe spaces where every woman can thrive.​​

Through providing resources, mentorship, and building a supportive network, we strive to ensure every woman has the nourishment and opportunity she deserves. From a small initiative started by young women in New Jersey, YW4W is now dedicated to expanding its reach to empower women globally.
