Our events are the core of what we do at Young Women 4 Women (YW4W). They are where young girls put our mission into action—building their own leadership skills by providing direct service to women in need.

We host two main kinds of events:

1. Service and Outreach Events: These are hands-on opportunities where our young leaders collect, prepare, and deliver essential resources (like hygiene kits, clothes, or meal boxes) to women in New Jersey. They are focused on giving women the immediate, practical support they need to thrive.

2. Mentorship and Skill-Building Workshops: These events connect our young women with inspiring women for mentorship, and they also provide safe, inclusive spaces for all women to learn skills, build confidence, and grow personally and professionally.
